Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and strategic objectives.
- Align OSF Digital's services with the client's business strategy and ensure our offerings meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Manage client expectations, project governance, and have difficult conversations when necessary.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects within each program, ensuring effective resource allocation, task delegation, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Responsible for the program teams; making sure they are setup for success, understand what success is.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling OSF Digital's services to existing clients.
- Working closely with the Portfolio Managers to ensure the project has the right allocated people on the team, billable utilisation us maximised and accurately forecasted.
- Significant software project delivery and stakeholder management experience within enterprise level environments
- A record of sustained excellence and success in delivering highly complex projects in diverse industries.
- Strong capability of managing accounts, financial/budgets and roadmaps
- Experience collaborating directly with clients, maintaining lasting client relationships, and delivering high-quality customer service. Establishing trust, collaborating effectively, and managing conflicts when they arise.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with a track record of establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring successful collaboration.
- Results Oriented Mindset: have a strong focus on delivering results. Be able to set clear goals, monitor progress, and take proactive measures.
