- Directly manage all end-user customers in New Zealand
- Develop a strategic Business plan for End-user Business and pull through plans at Distributor level nationally
- Guide Sales Representatives to foster and enhance relationships with end users and distributors
- Drive execution of End-user AOC strategic plans and Distributor pull-through to achieve Distributor AOC
- Ensure McCain and its products are represented at distributor level
- Develop strong relationships with key distributors to prioritise McCain as the top choice
- A sound understanding of End-users and Distributors at all levels of the Foodservice Industry
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is preferred, particularly in a Foodservice environment
- Strong communication skills to drive success and foster development
- Good organisational skills – efficiently schedule own time and activities to meet all project time frames
- Desirable business degree with a proven track record in data analysis for strategic business growth
