- Plan, drive, and deliver tangible stakeholder outcomes through effective business plans, governance, capabilities, and culture within your team.
- Drive operational and CX change in your team by building end to end process knowledge, CX mindsets and continuously challenging the status quo/ redesigning processes.
- Lead and develop your people, driving productivity and performance across the team.
- Ensure that our key operational processes are delivered to meet SLA's.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a high performing team that carries out the following functions including, but not limited to, settlements; investigations; reconciliations, and deceased estates.
- 2-5 years leading or contributing to the leadership of a team in banking/financial services/shared services/technology.
- Experience in delivering results through operations excellence; leveraging tools such as lean, DMAIC, agile, human centered design. Preferably green belt accredited or above.
- Experience in leading or contributing to strong customer and business outcomes; effectively leveraging operations management frameworks and methodologies, operations excellence skills, digital technologies.
- You're a proven leader with demonstrable experience coaching and developing team members.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and drive process improvements.
- A proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have the ability to focus on our wider vision and strategy whilst managing the tactical components of running a team.
