Our client works with both adults and youth who need support in their lives to achieve their goals.They require a person to provide person support to their payroll team and provide general administrative duties. The role is full time and involves a variety of payroll and administrative functions. This includes, but not limited to, running the organisations regular payroll, payroll reporting and maintenance, training and other general administrative functions including creditors and reconciliation.This role requires you to have the ability to engage with clients and colleagues in a friendly professional manner, whilst maintaining professional boundaries and efficient in their work.This is a temp to perm role, starting as soon as possible. Mon-Fri.To be a successful candidate you must have the following: -
- Payroll and Administration experience – ideally 2+ years of experience.
- Excellent computer literacy and skills, including working with payroll software and other accounting software programs.
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Friendly, outgoing professional manner.
- Ability to work both on your own or within a team.
- 2 recent references.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
- Use initiative and help get the work done.
- Have a great attitude and are prepared to work hard and follow instruction.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and clean MOJ check.
- Current first aid certificate advantageous but not essential.
- Weekly pay $28.10hr.
