- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel and xero
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
