- Maintenance of diverse systems and services at the customer's premises
- Local desktop, network, and server support
- Collaboration with onsite support staff, and our IT professionals based in Hamilton
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Desire to document processes and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft and HP product implementation and management
- Understanding of network technologies including Cisco, Fortinet, and Ruckus products
- Proven ability to drive technical initiatives and projects
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Excellent personality and desk-side manner
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
