Operating with cutting-edge enterprise technology, they are expanding their team to cater to the evolving needs of our esteemed clientele.Job DescriptionPTS have a great opportunity for an Onsite Support Engineer where you will be immersed in an exciting and diverse role, providing quality ICT support utilising enterprise-level technology. You will be working directly at the premises of one of New Zealand's largest food producers, a company employing over 200 staff across multiple sites in Auckland and Christchurch.Key accountabilities:

Maintenance of diverse systems and services at the customer's premises
Local desktop, network, and server support
Collaboration with onsite support staff, and our IT professionals based in Hamilton

QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you will have:

3-5 years of relevant work experience
Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
Desire to document processes and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft and HP product implementation and management
Understanding of network technologies including Cisco, Fortinet, and Ruckus products
Proven ability to drive technical initiatives and projects
Effective time management and communication skills
Excellent personality and desk-side manner
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
