- As New Zealand Financial Controller, provide strategic direction and leadership to the global Finance function, collaborating with Executive Teams and Subsidiary Boards to identify and implement long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the CFO, Director/Head of Finance Operations, and wider Finance Leadership team to identify and implement processes, policies, and systems in alignment with local legislation and best practice.
- Strengthen the technical and professional capabilities of the finance team through development initiatives, implement financial controls, and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis.
