- An exceptional customer service delivery to our customers, ensuring excellence in every interaction.
- Provide information to customers about our products and services, ensuring customers have up-to-date information.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Handling customer orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Provide support services and reporting requirements to key stakeholders.
- Assist with the customer credits process and support the inventory team as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams to provide consistent, excellent service.
- To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- Previous work experience in a customer service capacity in Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC-based maintenance systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to travel to Penrose, and be dedicated to this fixed-term opportunity for 12 months.
