This firm is one I have worked with for a while and they truly care for each other, they are busy and work hard, as well as knowing when to stop for a moment and spend time together. They are located on the city fringe so there is street parking a short walk away and they are very close to public transport. The office is light, bright, and modern.You will ideally have the following skills and knowledge (but not limited to):

Strong experience in NZ Property Law, terms and methods in relation to conveyancing
Experience with Trusts and Estates
Knowledge of and experience in e-dealing, sale and purchase agreements, including subdivisions.
Computer savvy with experience of cloud file management workflows and MS Office.
Ability to prepare, analyse and interpret a variety of legal documents.
Legal research skills in relation to property transactions.
Client and supplier relationship management including conflict management and issue resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Understanding and knowledge of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements

The job
In this role you will provide advice and a service to clients who have general practice legal requirements, predominantly - complex property and conveyancing (residential and commercial –including subdivisions) also some estate management work.Where to now
