- Lead and motivate a team of 4 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.
- Nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the partner company to facilitate the recruitment of highly skilled non-resident candidates.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Regularly analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Proven experience in sales management within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.
- Knowledge of the New Zealand labour market, particularly in the skilled trades and labour sectors, is highly desirable.
