Our client is a company that works across a diverse range of projects and are looking for a new Site Manager to join their team.As the Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind their projects overseeing every aspect of construction from beginning to handover.Responsibilities include:

Full-time on-site management and leadership of internal staff / trades and subcontractors
Trade scheduling and project planning
Identifying and resolving any construction issues promptly and efficiently
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Liaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met

Skills and experience

Five years experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
A trade qualification in Carpentry
Proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and H and S regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Experience in stakeholder management
