- Trade scheduling and project planning
- Identifying and resolving any construction issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Liaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met
- Five years experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
- A trade qualification in Carpentry
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and H and S regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in stakeholder management
