- Collaborate with product stakeholders, developers, and testers to plan release schedules, define release and sprint scope, and prioritize features and fixes.
- Lead Agile activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira to create and manage plans, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain release documentation, including release notes, deployment guides, and versioning documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline release management activities and enhance team performance.
- Leadership: Provide technical leadership, input, and support in technology, process, and quality.
- Change Management: Lead self and others through change while maintaining operational effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in function and team performance.
