You'll be at the forefront of continuous improvement and will hold the reins of accountability for driving safety, quality, cost optimisation, and people development within the plants.You will be the guiding force for the Production Managers, ensuring they reach their full potential and beyond.QualificationsAs a pivotal member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment. Your role extends beyond managing operations; you'll inspire a high-performing culture and drive staff engagement.Your impressive track record as a Senior Manufacturing Manager in the Baking Industry sets you up for success in this role, and your extensive experience in multi-plant management equips you to handle the intricacies of our diverse manufacturing landscape.
