We believe this ethos will help to ultimately make all women feel confident and comfortable for life.We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Lingerie Designer to join our Merchandising team on a permanent full-time basis, based in our Auckland support office.We are growing our brands across New Zealand and Australia and we're looking for someone who has a passion for creating beautiful, elevated lingerie for every woman. In this role you have responsibility for conceptualising and developing the seasonal product across our Pleasure State and Bendon Sport brands. You will possess a growth mindset, continually researching and anticipating the global market to ensure our products are innovative, customer focused and align with global trends.Bendon Benefits:

What you will be doing:
  • Grow your creative mindset through personal development and the research of the global market.
  • Translate from seasonal couture outerwear to lingerie requirements and fashion trends.
  • Contribute to post seasonal reviews with our Retail and Planning teams.
  • Develop seasonal product strategy.
  • Strategically design programs that are innovative, and customer focused.
  • Contribute to communications for range sell-ins to major customers to present design concepts, and storyboards.
What you'll need to be successful:
  • You'll have a Bachelor of Fashion degree or at minimum 5+ years proven experience in designing intimate apparel.
  • Lingerie fitting experience and expertise.
  • Proven experience defining the design vision for successful product lines.
  • An exceptional level of awareness of current trends, colour and print sense.
  • Creativity and experience sketching and presenting.
  • Proficient in Adobe suite Illustrator
  • Acute attention to detail, an effective communicator, and a collaborative partner.
