We manufacture high quality meat snacks supplying both local and export markets.Our team is rapidly growing and to achieve our targets we are looking for one dedicated Crew Leader to join our amazing production team, from Monday to Thursday with the potential for over-time on a Permanent basis.Job DescriptionHours of work:

Monday – Thursday 5.30AM-4.00PM (40 hours/week)

Working environment / duties:

Indoors (inside the processing plant)
Chilled environment
Unloading/lifting frozen meat
Staff Management
Transfer wooden pallets onto plastic pallets
Shrink wrapping cartons on pallets
Load frozen meat into thaw rooms
Filling out and producing paperwork on behalf of department

Successful applicant requirements:

Reliability is NUMBER ONE for us. We are after people who are able to commit to their agreed working hours.
Good communication skills
Good leadership skills
Own transport
Physically fit
Have at least basic computer skills
Flexible with working hours (available to work over-time)
Fork Hoist license is an advantage but not essential
Previous manufacturing experience is highly desired
Able to start ASAP
