- Pricing and estimating of build costs
- Budget management across both civil and commercial elements
- Job cost management in liaison with project and development managers
- Tendering evaluation and letting of contracts
- Project administration including sub contractor agreements, progress claim management and variation claims checking
- Back costing, invoicing and supplier and sub contract price checking
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years experience of working in Quantity Surveyor capacity on commercial projects in NZ from $10M - $50M
- Strong Financial Reporting and Subcontractor management background
- Clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Strong Procore financial management strengths
