With New Zealand and overseas locations, their products are household names throughout New Zealand and internationally.With growth and expansion comes the need for additional people and we are looking for a Product Development Engineer to join the Auckland based team.You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative product solutions from concept to manufacture.Specifically, you will:
Conceptualise and design new products
Undertake design calculations
Create parts, assembly and 3D CAD (SolidWorks) drawings
Build and test prototypes (including designing testing jigs)
To be successful in the role you will:
Be a Tertiary qualified engineer
Have at least a few years’ product development experience
Have proven experience working in the manufacturing environment
Be proficient with SolidWorks
