Delivering planned preventative maintenance work as well as service and corrective maintenance work to a portfolio of commercial buildings in Wellington. This role is people-centric and so it suits someone who really cares about their clients, creating a great culture within the team and delivering high quality work.We are looking for people with the following experience:
Commercial HVAC Service Experience is essential
Electrical background preferred – mechanical still considered
Exceptional People Management and Leadership Skills.
Customer service and Sales Skills
Proven Problem-Solving Skills
A positive attitude – someone who really cares about their company, clients and the job that they perform
