Are you a talented Graphic Designer, keen on design variety from conception to design layout across packaging systems, retail, digital banners, social, exhibitions and more?Would it reduce your commute if you could drive to the onsite car park in Mangere near Auckland's airport?Does applying your great design eye to a New Zealand export success story appeal?Our client is New Zealand's largest manufacturer of a variety of “re-useful” goods in the country. They are a well-known household name and have an impressive number of countries they export to worldwide. They're looking for a high-level intermediate graphic designer who has experience in the print and production process as well as the social, website and digital space.The ideal candidate loves design and layout and ensures brand consistency across everything they work on. They'll also jump at the opportunity to inject flair and creativity into campaigns and new product lines or exhibitions. Skills in video editing to create social content and more is a bonus. They'll also be keen to measure the success of your digital campaigns from an ROI perspective.Designers will have 5 years plus in a creative or design agency or have worked in-house experience (or both). They will excel in a highly collaborative work environment, yet be self-reliant once the direction is agreed.This role is exciting, as you'll get to work closely with an experienced Senior Art Director, to develop engaging material for on-the-shelf products, print and online, retail, social media and more. Scale up from the small agency budgets or work that has little meaning and push your creative boundaries.Sounds like you? Read on below:The breakdownWe are looking for an accomplished graphic designer with:

5+ years' experience in graphic design, with experience in branding, print & web design.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Ability to edit videos or animate are a real bonus.

End-to-end ownership of taking briefs, concept creation & artwork production.
Delivering collateral on time and within budget.
Development of brand consistency, brand identity, positioning & messaging.
Strong communication skills.
Strong conceptual ability with interesting, fresh ideas External supplier management.
Working well to fast and deadline-driven environments.
Following internal quality control processes and filing systems.
Proactive, smart with attention to detail.
