- Provide expert advice on banking products and services.
- Analyse clients financial statements, cashflow projections and business plans to assess the credit and finance options.
- Structure and negotiate credit facilities, including loans and lines of credit.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders such as credit risk, legal and operations to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.
- Monitor the performance of the client accounts.
- Identify cross selling opportunities and promote banking products and services to both current and new clients.
- Attend networking events and conferences to enhance market presence.
- Maintain and develop new business development opportunities.
- Solid experience in commercial banking or corporate finance with a focus on relationship management and business development.
- Strong credit skills and financial products and services knowledge including commercial loans, treasury management and trade finance.
- Must be able to evaluate complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Tertiary qualification in finance or business administration
- Enjoy operating in a results orientated sales environment.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
