- Motivate, mentor and lead a team.
- Implement self-starter promotions and new business initiatives.
- Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels, visual and merchandise presentations.
- Be the glue that holds the counter together.
- Superior selling skills, with proven experience meeting and exceeding targets and KPI's, (experience within the beauty industry or with a luxury Brand would be an advantage).
- Great time management, problem solving and communication skills, to ensure our customers receive a first class shopping experience.
- A passion for fragrances, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
- Experience managing a small team would be an advantage.
