- Permanent opportunity 0.3 FTE - 1.0 FTE (12 - 40hrs per week)
- Critical Care Unit (0.3) with the remainder in the acute medical and surgical wards
- Permanent up to 1FTE (40 hrs per week) opportunity
- A minimum of 3 years clinical experience, including tertiary/ Acute inpatient experience with ideally some experience in a CCU/HDU environment
- Experience in supervising and mentoring less experienced staff
- Hard working and open to all learning opportunities
- Excellent time management skills
- Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand in accordance with the HPCA Act 2004 and possess a current Practising Certificate
- Actively participate in the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand's re-certification programme and Southern's Credentialing Review process
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand or have a work visa/permit
- Possess a full and current NZ Driver's licence
- Be prepared to work towards accreditation as an Assessor for the Equipment Management Service
