The farm is fully spray irrigated with 2 centre pivots, fixed grid and lateral sprinklers in the corners.
the cows are milked in one herd through a 50 bale cowshed with ACRs and in shed feeding, the farm consists of 3 full time labour units,
We need the applicant to be at a good all round skill level and be confident in leadership, pasture management and an excellent Stockman.
the applicant will need to be able to take control during the managers absence and follow clear guidelines and farm protocols already in place,
And a sence of humour will be required!
School Options:
Hororata Primary School witch is 9kms from the gate, but there are other schools in the area, Darfield High School is our closest secondary school option.
