- Maximising transport resources effectively and efficiently including truck planning.
- Optimising warehouse layouts and stock profiling.
- Implementing improvements to systems, workflows, processes, and scheduling.
- Exercising strict expenditure management.
- Controlling and managing Fresh and Frozen Inventory.
- Maximising labour resources and controlling labour costs.
- Consider budgetary constraints and manage costs effectively.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Warehouse/Logistics management.
- In-depth knowledge of food industry systems and standards.
- Familiarity with MAF requirements, particularly e-cert documentation.
- Thorough understanding of stock/inventory control systems.
- Experience with transport networks and warehouse management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
