- Able to work on-site from Monday to Friday, hours flexible for start time
- Experience in an administrative role, within automotive / service part industry is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, pro activeness and excellent time management skills
- Outgoing and comfortable in engaging with a diverse range of people
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft suites incl. Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems
- Creating purchase orders, including receipting & reconciling
- Processing payroll
- Reporting and analysis
- Inventory maintenance and stock take
- Manage consumables and part transfers
- Deal with insurance claims and H&S compliance
- Liaising with Payroll, Accounts Payable and National Fleet Administrator
- Work for one of the largest public transport providers in New Zealand
