- A manufacturer that custom designs and delivers wholesale product for the home interiors sector
- Check emails, save and assign invoices to approvers.
- Enter invoices into SAP.
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements.
- Prepare monthly payment list, run payment wizard at month-end.
- Send payment remittance on request.
- Register new suppliers.
- Goods received not invoiced reconciliation.
- Landed cost allocation.
- Book containers and advise Sales Team to raise AR invoices.
- Create AR invoices
- Reconcile Creditors on regular basis.
- Will have experience providing excellence in the accounts payable function
- Experience with overseas suppliers, any landed container goods is helpful
- Be accustomed to providing back up support to general finance related functions
- Be warm, friendly and patient with great communication skills to liaise within the wider team, local and overseas Suppliers
- Some relevant/related qualifications (Dip/Cert in Accounting etc)
- Join a Finance. Team of 3
- $30-35/hour
- 25 hours a week minimum
- Choose days/hours to fit in with school pick up?! Must Work Mondays though
- WFH not available until 6-12 months when fully trained up in the role
