- Troubleshooting hardware issues (printers, servers, networks, laptops)
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to all users onsite
- Log issues in approved helpdesk software, including updating resolutions database.
- Document resolutions for future reference.
- Perform hardware and software installations on new and existing desktop and laptop computers
- Effectively communicate with users to ensure they feel their technology needs are being supported
- Minimum of 2-3 experience in IT Support position
- Experience troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops and Servers
- Experience with networking technologies i.e. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
- Experience supporting of common applications, e.g. Microsoft Office, M365, other Microsoft product.
