Who We're Looking ForThis is a “hands on” role in which you will be working outdoors as either a Mountain Bike Patroller or a Zipline Guide, depending on the day. To be considered for this role you will need to be fit, keen and an experienced mountain biker. You'll be able to cope well under pressure, be reliable and enthusiastic and most of all have a passion for providing an excellent guest experience.You will be expected to assess, inspect, build and repair riding tracks; make judgement calls on weather, safety and rider ability, and interact with our diverse range of guests that visit Skyline Rotorua. Preference will be given to applicants who are PHEC certified and have at least a years' experience attending first aid scenarios. However, if you have a passion and the drive to learn, we can help to provide you with the skills to be part of our world class response team.We're looking for a team player who is flexible with working hours as this role requires rostered shifts largely over weekends, school holidays & public holidays.The perfect candidate will bring
  • Advanced mountain biking skills and experience
  • The ability to work as part of a tight knit team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A Pre-Hospital Emergency Care certification and experience in medical response
  • Trail building and trail maintenance experience
  • Experience working at heights and with ropes
