- Prepare product submissions for customers
- Maintain and update product information across both internal and customer facing reports
- Support account managers with reporting of sales and inventory data from multiple data points
- Ensure brand, product, copy, and images are optimized on customer websites
- Liaise with relevant external and internal supply chain teams to track in full- and on-time delivery of orders
- Co-ordinate and prepare the monthly priorities and tasks for the sales merchandising team
- Process customer claims and maintain database
- General administrative tasks
