- Possessing a technical IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is a prerequisite.
- Prior experience on a busy, customer-focused service desk is advantageous.
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 platform and adeptness in server/systems management.
- Ability to maintain composure when assisting end-users.
- Proficiency in remote management tools and patching.
- Fundamental understanding of Command Line Interface (CLI) and software installation.
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and printing issues.
- Appropriate certifications
