  • Registered Nurse qualification with current practicing certificate.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in aged care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
