- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong willingness to engage with potential customers via cold calls (But don’t worry - full training will be provided!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
