- Preparing and processing journal entries
- Processing dishonor checks daily
- Enforcing compliance processes
- General accounts administrative duties
- Ad hoc duties within the finance team or assigned by manager
- 1-2 years' experience processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- High attention to detail and good time management skills
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships
- Willingness to learn with a great sense of humour
