- Provide expert clinical guidance and promote a multidisciplinary team approach to care
- Lead and manage a team of 60-70 staff within a dedicated wing
- Address day-to-day staffing and HR issues, supported by management
- Work a rotating roster and participate in an on-call schedule every six weeks
- Lead, mentor and motivate staff to meet key performance indicators
- Previous clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Coordinator ideally within Aged Care
- A proactive and supportive attitude, ready to step in wherever needed
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in adapting to and enhancing workplace culture
- Knowledge of NZ Employment Law
- NZ Registration and a current APC
