  • Craft engineered solutions tailored to customer needs and see them through project implementation.
  • Lead key project activities from design to commissioning, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.
  • Lead stakeholder management including communication and reporting on project progress and KPI's to stakeholders, internally as well as externally.
  • Lead use of global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates
  • Create and lead the project organisation, define roles and responsibilities and coordinate the project team to facilitate cooperation and team efficiency. Participate in the development of competence and capability of the project team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, share best practice.
We believe you have
  • Solid Process/Mechanical Engineering experience, ideally in the Dairy Industry.
  • A robust track record of 2-5 years in Process/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Embraces travel across New Zealand as an integral part of the role.
  • Serves as a primary interface between Tetra Pak and our clients, fostering positive interactions.
  • Demonstrates aptitude in Sales and Project Management, even with limited experience.
  • A master of the art of time management.
  • People management skills and shows some cultural and political awareness and sensitivity.
  • Ideally holds a university qualification in Process/Mechanical Engineering or Food Technology.
