- Assist in the coordination and administration of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
- Support project managers with scheduling, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and documentation for reporting purposes.
- Assist in procurement processes, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the project team as required.
- Previous experience in project administration or similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Great IT and reporting skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
