What You'll Be Doing | Mō te TūrangaCome lead our friendly Invercargill team! As an experienced manager, you will run the day-to-day operations of our busy centre. With your knowledge and expertise, guide and inspire your team to deliver the best outcomes for our valued customers.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all staff using effective communication that engages the team positively.
  • Lead the team to achieve and exceed both KPIs and BPIs (balanced performance indicators) in areas such as customer service, product sales and other business objectives.
  • Ensure all product income levels are achieved in line with centre contribution reports.
  • Ensure all administrative and operating functions are completed daily, particularly cash handling/daily banking and NZTA daily batching etc.
  • Be responsible for induction, training and development, performance management of all centre staff.
About You | MōuIdeally you will come from a customer focused environment such as retail, insurance or the banking sector and have a natural ability to motivate others. You build relationships with internal and external stakeholders with ease and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to work alongside your team.
  • Experience in culture of customers' needs based selling.
  • Demonstrated customer focused ethos.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
