Geneva Healthcare is currently recruiting for an experienced support worker to provide a high standard of care to vulnerable adult in Swanson, West Auckland.Shifts available:

Monday – Sunday
7.30am to 6pm

In this role you will be:

Providing full personal cares, including – Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Medication Oversight/Support and Assistance
Experienced and confident with the use of a Hoist and Client Transfers
Assisting with General house hold cleaning, including – Vacuuming/Wash floors/Windows/Laundry/Making the bed/Changing bed linen
Engaging and encouraging with excellent communication skills/Support in Therapy exercises/Mobility and positioning/
Meal preparation – Meals, Snacks, Tea and clean up

Requirements:

Must have experience in providing complex care (catheter and stoma care, use of a hoist and safe transfers)
Must have a clean and valid full driver’s license
Must be eligible to work in NZ
L3/L4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing
