We are a premier manufacture of highly desirable, green climate control products within a growing market.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand for our manufacturing plant located in Hamilton. This role will assist Line Foreman manage the daily operations of our production assembly line.The role will consist of:

Ensuring consistency of high quality products
Managing staff in the absence of Foreman
Facilitating Training of Process Operators
Creating strong and positive working relationships
Ensuring Health & Safety is a priority

QualificationsTo be successful, you will have:

Ability to read and interpret drawings
Proficiency in using computer systems
Accuracy and an eye for detail and quality
Experience or qualification in Team Management
