- Responsible for the performance, planning, estimation, proposal, and resource management, including coordinating the development of solution scope
- Creates a culture of accountability, supporting the “One Team” model
- Provide competitive insights from past opportunities and apply lesson learned to the assigned opportunities
- Leads bid response, system review, competitive comparison, and review accurate estimates and new applications of technology
- Navigate and manage the formal sales process from opportunity through booking on behalf of the sale professional
- Ensure all compliance elements, tools, reviews, and approvals have been accomplished
- Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of Bachelor's degree equivalent
- Minimum 3- 5 years' relevant experience in Bid Managing role
- Excellent and demonstrable writer and verbal communications skills with an ability to simplify technical issues
- Solid working knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors and/or experience in building services
- Experience working in highly matrixed organization
- Demonstrated success working effectively in a deadline driven environment
- Experience in balancing short-term results with long-term strategy
- Ability to interact and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Self-starter and results oriented
