- Good understanding of SaaS business model, including key performance metrics
- Partner with the Datapay GM & SLT, providing them with commercial and financial leadership to drive business strategy.
- Working with the Go-To-Market & Commercial team to support the creation and upkeep of an ongoing revenue-focused sales strategy. Help creating a consistent, successful, repeatable sales model, implement scalable processes and monitor sales efficiency KPIs.
- Develop and report on key SaaS metrics, including infrastructure and processes to capture key data points to evaluate and project business performance.
- Establish, monitor and periodically review capital allocation strategy, track internal investment returns, and help allocate resources to high-growth product and service development projects.
- Lead financial analysis, financial strategy and planning processes, including short & long-term forecasts.
- Identify areas of potential risks and inefficiencies across the business and proactively lead mitigation activities to minimise these risks, including business process improvement.
