- Lead and supervise night shifts, ensuring safety, security, and a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with the team to enforce procedures, creating a tranquil environment.
- Conduct nightly audits, meticulously reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage overnight reservations and check-ins, providing efficient and friendly service.
- Generate reports for management, offering valuable insights. into daily hotel operations
- Experience in Hotel Front Office
- General Managers Certificate
- LCQ Certificate
- Experience using Property Management Systems/Applications (such as Opera Cloud etc or similar).
- Luxury hospitality brand exposure would be preferred
- An understanding of luxury guest expectations
- Has the ability to work autonomously
- Has the ability and willingness to undertake further development with Mövenpick Wellington
- Have a full clean driver's licence
