Job Description Looking for a experienced Farm Assistant or 2IC for the upcoming season to work alongside contract milker. Located 5 minutes from Matamata. Milking 410 cows on 125ha milking platform. This is through a 40ashb, Protrack, modern facilities that have been well thought out. Feed pad, running a system 4 with mixer wagon, Cow manager, hoof rangler, spring calving.Ideally looking for someone with minimum 3 years experience. Who has excellent animal husbandry. Quiet and calm with the cows. Having the ability to use initiative & follow instructions. Must be able to work well in a team and independently. Must be comftable and experienced operating machinery, Tractor, wagon, motorbikes both 2 and 4 wheeler.Accommodation, 3 bedroom home. Meets healthy home standards.
