- Collaborate closely with clients to understand and gather all necessary information about their products, services, and projects.
- Ensure accurate and appealing presentation of client offerings on the platform, including high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized client profiles, ensuring all information is current and reflects the client’s brand accurately.
- Work alongside the marketing and tech teams to optimize content visibility and user engagement.
- Provide feedback and insights to clients on content performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on listings to ensure compliance with ArchiPro’s standards and guidelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to continuously improve content strategy and presentation.
- Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or a similar role in a tech-focused environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building productive relationships with clients.
- Proficient in digital content platforms and tools, with a quick adaptability to new technologies.
- Organised and methodical, with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A background in architecture, interior design, or related fields is a plus.
