- You'll combine leadership strengths with expertise in hospitality and customer experience, bringing the premium Lounge experience to life.
- Supporting the Airline Operations client and contract in accordance with the standards agreed by the Compass Group and the client.
- A key deliverable is ensuring your contract is compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets and bringing the joint client and Compass Group Vision & Values to life.
- You will have strong commercial acumen, an eye for detail and a genuine passion for enhanced and authentic service.
- You will be an inclusive leader with the ability to form productive relationships with clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds, and proven experience in managing successful teams.
- You'll have an in depth understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and ability to apply principles, with single site operational experience in a similar role within the industry.
- You'll need strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget.
- You will also have working knowledge of workplace regulations, including agreement requirements, the ability to identify contract retention and new business opportunities, and thorough comprehension of food hygiene practices.
