As a Heavy Forklift Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' heavy forklifts. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, you will be the go-to expert for keeping our equipment running smoothly. - Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy forklifts to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct repairs and component replacements as needed, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Document all service and repair activities accurately and thoroughly, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Proven experience as a forklift technician or similar role, with a strong background in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Certification or formal training in heavy diesel mechanics, heavy automotive technology, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
