Te whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityThe remuneration range for this role is $87,999 - $99,420 and is covered by the collective agreement:Position Description |In this role of Allied Educator and Moving and Handling Coordinator, you’ll have organisation-wide responsibility for Allied Education and to co-ordinate the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a moving and handling programme for Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti. This includes project management, process development, reporting, administration and liaising with all stakeholders (management, employees and H&S representatives and a variety of external parties).You’ll also contribute to Education and H&S strategy, developing a safety culture and help develop our annual programme of work. The role reports to the Director of Allied and TechnicalThis is a great opportunity to work alongside a great team of educators and coaches to deliver inter professional education at Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti.Moū - About youTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • Registered Allied Health Practitioner with a profession relevant to the role
  • Experience in project implementation with demonstrated positive results and outcomes
  • The ability to manage a diversity of relationships and the ability to be successful via influence
