- Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, from planning and targeting to execution and optimization.
- Conduct thorough audience research and utilize data insights to identify target demographics, behaviors, and interests.
- Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Design and optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion rates and enhance the customer journey.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on strategies to continuously improve campaign ROI and effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance across campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers, to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, communicating campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of Facebook's advertising policies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Facebook Media Buyer or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other advertising tools and platforms.
- Experience with designing and optimizing sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques is a plus.
- Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certifications are desirable.
