The CompanyThis US based company operates in a niche area within one of NZ's most important industries. They have been around for more than 20 years and offer a stable and well established environment with a tight knit culture.The RoleThe payroll officer reports directly to the Financial Controller working in a wider team of 5 in finance. This role is a 3 day per week role which will oversee 300 staff across NZ.The main duties will include:

Export Time and Attendance data
Process data into payroll system
Process and pay weekly and fortnightly payrolls
Follow up all site and staff queries in a timely manner
Tax filing
Processing finishers and starters
Ensure all payroll reports and payslips are accurate
Ad hoc duties

Your profile:The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3-5 years' experience processing payroll in a sole charge capacity.
