- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine root causes
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand and power tools
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspections
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to prioritize tasks and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment as needed
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Have 2 ready work references
- Have your own vehicle with a restricted or full license
